Description
A fan interpretation of 
s anthomnia sub tissoplastic rex.
I switched out the feathers for scales I normally use with my tisso concepts just because I like the idea of it using active camouflaged rather than turning partially invisible.
I did like the shape the feathers gave the creature though and tried to lay out the spines to mimic them.
Aaaaand a little bioluminescent spots for fun.
