Water and ice

'For the most part Neptue's a reclusive grouch, but one day upon the shore he spied a lovely maiden. Infatuated, he wanted to create a gift for her, a creature of great beauty. Years and years he spent to perfect his creation, but when he finally finished he forgot who he even made it for.

In the end though, he found his new favourite animal.' 

If the style looks familiar that's because this was an attempt to recreate the 'Steven Universe' art style. Mostly just to expand my arsenal but also just because the show's 

look is just beautiful.
